Our return policy is applicable for a period of 10 days from the date of order placement and covers two specific reasons: damaged product and manufacturing defect. To facilitate the return process, please provide us with two images: one displaying the damaged part and another showcasing the entire product. You can send these images to info@thepujahouse.com. Our Quality Assurance team will review the images to determine eligibility for the return.
Within 2-3 days of receiving your request and images, we will respond with your Return Request Status. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product in question. Typically, it takes about 2-3 working days to organize a pickup and an additional 4-6 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect it, and the replacement process will commence.
Important considerations: The returned product must be in its original packaging, which should include tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (affixed to the package), invoice, and any other relevant items. The product itself should be in its original condition.
