Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product in question. Typically, it takes about 2-3 working days to organize a pickup and an additional 4-6 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect it, and the replacement process will commence.
Important considerations: The returned product must be in its original packaging, which should include tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (affixed to the package), invoice, and any other relevant items. The product itself should be in its original condition.
